Addicted to CAS #140 Card 2

The Addicted to CAS code word BABY got me going

so I created a totally different card as well.

I think this card is perfect to show that gender is not a big issue!

And of course a small heart to show that the person is a result of love.

This time the code word is BABY at Addicted to CAS.

I immediately came to think of my new textstamp from Gummiapan

and created a card.

I realise you need to know the receivers to such a card...

Then I made a similar card but instead used a puppy

and it works as well!

CASology week 308: CLOUD #2

I just had to make a second card for the CASology CLOUD challenge!!!

I love clouds and rainbows and suns so it is perfect for me!

I used the cloud die that only makes the stitches and created a background.

The sun and textstamp just completed what I wanted to get!

CASology week 308: CLOUD

This week's code word is CLOUD at CASology.

This is my take:

With this adorable textstamp I just had to follow the words directly

and create a rainbow in a cloud by using shrink plastic for my small clouds.

I also added some caviar pearls to enhance the sound when shaking.

CASology 307: ZOOM

I have just received some new stamps from Gummiapan and I got this idea

for the CASology week 307: ZOOM challenge

Since I am not that good at colouring I decided to only colour

one poppy and keep the rest in black and white. 

The coloured one is zoomed in by using a raised circle.

Addicted to CAS #138

Today I realised that Addicted to CAS #138 has the theme:

RAINBOW

In Sweden where I live we have had 25-30 degrees and sunshine

for the last month (about 10 degrees more than normal) but today

we got rain and it felt good.

My card turned out like this:

When I took the photos of the card I happened to look out the window

and saw this, ran out and took a few photos...

Isn't it magical?!?

I just had to buy these beautiful new dies from Gummiapan and when

the new challenge at CASology was Copper I thought they would fit perfectly!

I have heat embossed the heart dandelion and I love you with copper powder.

CASology Week 298 #2 + TIME OUT Challenges

Here is my second take on this week's challenge at CASology: JUNGLE!

I think this new crocodile from Gummiapan is just crazy so I had to use it.

The crazy eyes give an extra dimension to the look of the card.

For this card I got approval from my daughter

- crocodiles apparently live in the jungle.

The code word this week made my mojo go wild!

CASology week 298 #1

Today I have made two cards for CASology week 298 challenge JUNGLE!

This is the first card:

The pandas are fresh out of the stamp making machine at Gummiapan and I just love them.

To get them really crisp I used my MISTI and stamped the black several times.

There was a small mistake made by me when colouring the ballons

so I had to stamp and cut out a third one to cover up...

My daughter thought this card was too cute and not jungly enough

so I had to make another one, see next blogpost.

I think pandas live in bamboo jungles in China :)

Igår gjorde jag ett kort och en tag med infärgade kvistar.

Jag lekte med mina distress oxide och gjorde bakgrundspapper,

men även papper som jag kunde stansa ur.

CASology week 285

CASology week 285: SWOON

So this week the cue word is SWOON.

I never heard the word before, it is not included in our English classes in Sweden...

My take ended up a bit too much, not perfectly CAS with all the clouds

in the background, still I think the pattern is calm enough to qualify.
